Let’s chat about a HIGHLY requested topic: HASHTAGS! ✨

I’m not going to pretend to be an expert on hashtags, but I did some quality research for y’all and I have a couple tips up my sleeve‼️
⠀⠀

Using hashtags is super important! These will help your account grow because there will be way more of a chance that someone will see it!🌈
⠀⠀
⭐️ Instagram allows 30 hashtags per post. A lot of people suggest only using 7-10 per post. However, I don’t see a reason to NOT take advantage of all 30! Instagram has never said they will penalize you for taking full advantage of the platform!
⠀⠀
⭐️ If you have a smaller account (and by small I mean under 100k), use hashtags that have under 100,000 posts! There is wayyyy more of a chance of being at the top of those hashtags than the ones that have 1M posts.
⠀⠀
⭐️ Use hashtags in your stories! You can always hide them by putting them behind a photo or matching the color to your background. Use 1-3 per story.
⠀⠀
⭐️ Find hashtags by searching a hashtag you already use and then looking at the related hashtags. Or, take a peek at what hashtags other creators in your niche are using!
⠀⠀
⭐️ There has been no evidence to show if putting your hashtags in your caption or comments makes a difference, so do whatever you like!👍
⠀⠀
⭐️ Always change up your hashtags! Here’s my trick- I created a couple different categories of hashtags. I then used the text replacement tool in my iPhone settings and selected a word to represent each category, so all I need to do is type that word and the hashtags will autofill! Then add a couple others that fit your pic!
